Name: Speaks-With-Silver
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Race: Argonian
Rank: Murderer
Weapons: His tongue could probably be considered a weapon, potentially more dangerous than any axe or sword - simply due to Speaks' penchant for deception and natural eloquence. However, more conventional weapons Speaks carries include a rapier and a bandoleer of throwing knives. The rapier is a silver weapon and is unenchanted, whilst the knives are of elven origin.
Magicka: Speaks is at Journeyman level in the School of Illusion, both because it is useful to be able to Charm others if he can't persuade them with only words, and he enjoys messing with people's heads, be it with speechcraft or magic. On the other hand, Speaks has little use for the other Schools of magic, though he dabbles in Restoration, which he can find use for in a tight spot.
Armor/Clothing: Speaks, for situations where fighting might be required, wears a suit of leather armour (minus the helmet) which is rather more potent than its outward appearance might suggest. Each part of it is enchanted to improve the protection is offers, allowing Speaks to be a tougher opponent than you might initially think. However, for the most part Speaks dresses in a plain white robe - though he may be seen in other attire (or even his leathers) with a cape, which he enjoys making billow dramatically as he turns or walks.
Horse: Legs are for travelling. Horses are for eating.
Residence/Sanctuary: Speaks enjoys travelling, and can rarely remain in one place for too long without becoming restless. If there's any specific place to find him with any degree of regularity, it's the Leyawiin Sanctuary. Otherwise, check bodies of water (Speaks likes sleeping in ponds, lakes, etc) or any of the province's numerous inns if you want to catcha glimpse of Speaks. A final possible location (although its existence is likely nominal) is the Temple of Swishiness - which Speaks would dearly like to find.
Appearance: Most of the time, Speaks-With-Silver wears his simple white robes, bound with a black length of rope at the waist. However, at times Speaks will have on a spectacular blue cape (The 'Cloak of Swishiness') along with any combination of outfits (as long as they are stylish). One invariable truth of Speaks' appearance is that he is always immaculate - he simply cannot bear to look scruffy or messy, unless of course that was the intention of the outfit in the first place. Otherwise, Speaks is your typical Argonian, his head boasts fins, and his scales are flushed red in colour. His eyes, in contrast, are a vivid green. If he did not know that non-Argonians tend to misinterpret the expression, Speaks would be smiling constantly.
Personality: Speaks-With-Silver is a trickster, through and through (and probably, judging by his at times peculiar behaviour, mildly insane). Even his name betrays his nature, as he is a shameless charmer and skilled with wordplay. However, other races present difficulties to Speaks, simply because, well, whoever heard of a charming Argonian? At best he's considered eccentric, at worst dangerous. Speaks delights in playing practical jokes and using his persuasive abilities to instigate elaborate schemes to ease passing boredom, at times these can verge on downright dangerous. Although cursed with a terminally short attention span, Speaks' capacity for troublemaking is seemingly endless.
History: Speaks-With-Silver was always a peculiarity, whether in his home of the Black Marsh, or in any of the other provinces of Tamriel. He's most certainly not your stereotypical Argonian, that's for sure. Growing up in the Black Marsh, Speaks was wayward and rebellious, and a source of much aggravation for the adult Argonians (especially his parents). Everybody knew that at the root of every problem was Speaks, but it was almost impossible to tie him down to anything. Any accusations were met with an innocent look and, no matter how hard they tried, a complete lack of any evidence. Speaks' depth for misdirection and persuasion was astonishing, able to manipulate others of his age with ease.
However, one thing that even Speaks could not wriggle his way out of was his most serious misdemeanor of all. Speaks led a group of youngsters (teenagers, by Imperial standards) on an expedition out of their village. Unfortunately, Speaks' leadership qualities were suspect, and his so-called followers grew tired of decision after bad decision, eventually calling for him to step down. In a rare fit of anger, Speaks slew the leader of those opposed to him continuing to be in charge. Stunned by what he had done, Speaks fled - fearing the consequences. What troubled him thereafter was the lack of trouble he received from his conscience. In essence, he felt guilty about not being guilty.
Not long after the murder, Speaks received a message from a mysterious, dark-robed assassin. The Argonian though, made no move to act on the offer presented to him to join the Dark Brotherhood. Only recently has the strange meeting reoccured to Speaks, and finally, he has come to a decision. Barely remembering even the name of the assigned target, nevertheless, Speaks eventually managed to track him down, and with a brief moment of consideration, murdered him. Afterwards, he was revisited, this time by a different person (or so it seemed, all non-Argonians look the same to him) and Speaks prepared to enter the real Dark Brotherhood.
Other: Nobody seems to know what the fabled 'Swishiness' truly is. Could it be that the enchanted cape is nothing but a fashionable vestame- No! It must be real! True Swishiness has got to be found!
