Gerich was relieved they had returned to Hecerinde's home without incident. As he gave the note to the master-theif, he sat down next to Shikura and sipped on some water.
"Excellent! The Mage's Guild always does us favors, whether they realize it or not, and this is another one! Now, I had the Icestaff returned to an old mage's home, where they will deal with him and accuse him of stealing the staff rather than us. You two have completed your mission, and there are no more duties for you. Return to the Garden of Dareloth tonight to receive your reward from Armand himself." Hecerinde said with a smile on his face. He was always proud of the theives when they were successful.
"Well, I guess this is our goodbye, Sister. Since we are both done with this mission." Gerich said in a disappointed voice. He was enjoying the time spent with Shikura, whether he showed it or not, and didn't want it to end so soon.

Shikura, finally recovered from her choking fit, nodded cheerfully, and took a bite out of the onion she was holding. For some reason, the Khajiit's eyes didn't even water.
"Walk always on warm sands or climb high trees brother!" She said cheerfully, once she had finished with her onion. The Khajiit seemed oblivious to the dissapointment in Gerich's voice. "Shikura thanks you for the food, Master Thief." The Khajiit added, this time turning to Hercerinde.
She got up, fished around in her pouches, and finally drew out a small wooden bird, carved by herself. She handed it to Gerich. "Think of Shikura when you see this, Brother Thief." She chuckled. "Keep an eye out for Shikura's Bosmer sister also, please!"
The young Khajiit walked out with a cheerful wave to the two others.

Gerich smiled as the Khajiit handed him a small bird. He took it gratefully.
"Thank you, Shikura. I will remember to look for your sister!" Gerich said as Shikura left Hecerinde's home.
Hecerinde smiled as the two theives said their goodbyes. He nodded to Shikura when she turned her attention to him, and as she left added a quick note to Gerich.
"Gerich, I have heard word that the Brotherhood needs more able soldiers. Maybe you should join their ranks once more, but under this name instead?" Hecerinde asked, much to the suprised of Gerich.
Gerich turned quickly, flashing a dagger and putting it up to Hecerinde's neck. He didn't know how much the Master-theif knew, but he would make sure it didn't come out.
"Don't say a word about this to anyone, ever! And no, I will not join their ranks again. I'd rather live my life as a theif-mage, than a murderer-theif-mage. I've already been offered a job on the Imperial Guard to fight them back, and I rejected that wholeheartedly. Remember this, Hecerinde." Gerich said all of this with a angry glare, moving his dagger and sheathing it quickly.
He left the house, banging the door on its hinges, and looked for some pompous Imperials to loot.
